Hans Mahrt & Co. (Pty) Ltd, founded in 2021 by Rehan Maart, is driven by a vision to create a “company of companies” that fosters opportunities within the communities we serve. We started by focusing on the previously disadvantaged community of Zoar, providing employment through the harvesting of invasive Spanish Reed and Thatch. This initiative not only generated income for unemployed individuals but also tackled an environmental problem.
Today, our primary business is a private employment agency specializing in permanent placements for professionals, managers, and executives in Sales, Marketing, and Distribution across various sectors. Our team leverages Rehan’s background in financial planning and insurance to cater to clients in these industries.
What We Do:
- Recruitment & HR Solutions: We offer tailored services for your organization’s recruitment and HR needs, from advertising vacancies and screening candidates to conducting interviews, shortlisting, and reference checks.
- Talent Management & HR Services: We act as an extension of your HR department, assisting with talent management strategies, HR policies, industrial relations processes, onboarding, and employee wellness programs, including financial wellness initiatives.
